1 General Provisions

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not apply at the same time.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned with it will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on pgd33 are operated according to fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.

• Once a game session has started, it is not possible to change or cancel a bet until that round is complete.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, pgd33's decision is final, subject to technical verification.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and the game provider's rules will apply.
• pgd33 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Termination

pgd33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
• Request from a law enforcement agency or court order.
• Long-term inactive account (generally 18 months or more).

pgd33's total liability will in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction.
